Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Please find a detailed list of our Shipping & Returns options and guidelines below. To contact us, call The Posh Academy. at 404.939.POSH (11 a.m. – 3 p.m. EST, Mon-Fri).

Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you wish to exchange the item you purchased for another item, we will be happy to send the new merchandise to you for all unopened items. New shipping charges will apply. If you wish to receive a refund, we will be glad to credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned item. (unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or you will not be reimbursed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@learnpremiumdraping.com and send your item to the address above.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

All returns are subject to a 15-25% re-stocking fee.  Custom orders such as fabric-cuts outside our normal inventory sizes are not returnable, all sales are final.  If a product is ordered incorrectly then the customer is liable for all shipping costs back to our facility and will be charged a 15-25% re-stocking fee based on the item.  Any claim on an order needs to be filed with The Posh Academy within 3 days of receipt of the order.  Claims past the 3-day mark will not be reviewed.  Any fabric that has been altered, converted, or cut will not qualify for returns or refunds.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

FAQ'S

What are my shipping options?

At The Posh Academy, your order will usually be processed & shipped within 48 hours after it has been placed on weekdays. The Posh Academy offers several shipping services depending on your desired delivery time. Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of your order, which delivery option you choose, and the destination.

What is over-sized shipping?

Items marked with the oversize symbol require either extra shipping charges or truck shipping.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

No currently. We will be looking to add this option to our shop very soon. 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

The Posh Academy does not ship orders to post office boxes at this time.

Do you send partial shipments?

The Posh Academy does its best to keep a complete and adequate inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available at the time of your order. In these cases, we will contact you for instructions regarding shipping the remaining items. If purchasing fabric and a draping system, these items will be shipped separately. 

How do I track my order shipped through UPS/FedEx/USPS?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing tracking information for your package(s). Note: In some cases, tracking information is not available. Note: Orders shipped through USPS will have no tracking number or insurance available.
