Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Posh design, LLC  and approved affiliate collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Affiliate Relationship

The Company agrees to appoint the Affiliate as a non-exclusive affiliate to promote our services and products. The Affiliate agrees to participate in the Affiliate Program and promote the Products in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Earnings Disclaimer

The Parties acknowledge and agree that earnings from the Affiliate Program can vary and are not guaranteed. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding potential earnings.

3. Compliance with Laws

The Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their promotion of the Products.

4. Ethical Promotion

The Affiliate agrees to engage in ethical promotion practices and shall not engage in spammy or deceptive tactics to promote the Products.

5. Disclosure of Affiliate Links

The Affiliate agrees to clearly disclose their affiliate relationship and notify their audience that they may receive a commission for purchases made through their referral links.

6. Product Representations

The Affiliate agrees to accurately represent the Products and shall not make false or misleading claims about the Products.

7. Prohibited Activities

The Affiliate shall not engage in activities that are prohibited by this Agreement, including but not limited to trademark infringement, using misleading advertising, or any other activities deemed unethical.

8. Termination Policy

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate's participation in the program for any reason, with or without cause, at any time.

9. Payout Terms

Affiliate commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum threshold of $100. Payouts will be made via paypal.

10. Modification Clause

The Company reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will provide notice of any changes to the Affiliate.
